Thermal Analysis (Forced and Natural Convection) to evaluate the component geometry against high temperature exhaust gases, identify hot-spots and perform design modifications accordingly to avoid thermal failure of the component.
Wake and Vortex Analysis which helps in predicting excessive vortex and turbulence generation within the flow which may give rise to vibrations acoustic effects due to resonance and noise. This analysis provides engineers with enough data to optimize the rotor dynamics as well as turbine and compressor blades.
Pressure Drop Analysis to identify losses due to pressure drop resulting from sudden change in geometrical dimensions as well as variable operating conditions of the engine. Through this evaluation, engineers can improve upon their existing design conditions for better output characteristics.
